M	Marina Peault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got completely screwed by them. I was naive, I trusted them since I got the car I have only mechanical issues. They gave me that car with 9 years old tires so obviously, that was the first problem. The car had iddle speed issue that you could see and hear but they kept saying that was okay. I bought the car to my mechanic 2 months after purchase because I was tired about a noise that was supposed to be "nothing" on the back. My mechanic called me and said that we have a big problem. He said that I was driving for the last 2 months with a wheel that was about to fall off! I had to pay 1200$ to fix this on a car that I bought 3500 plus left my Honda Element for swap. Since then, I had to change all bushings, front lower control arms,...etc. After my visit at the mechanic, I also realized that they unplugged the engine light and ABS light to make sure that they would not come ON! When I was about to purchase the car, Payam said that the indicator for the gas was not working. I asked if it was possible to change it. He said yes, exchanged the dashboard against another one with a different mileage on it but whatever, he did not declare it officially. I could die driving this this car, this is criminal. I still have the car today and more issues coming up, at least a big one every months. I am trying to think how I can replace this garbage now. Don't buy a car from them. NEVER.

I was being pressured into making the purchase and assured that the engine light issue was not a big deal and that I could trust his mechanic. He tried to sell me on an extended warranty because the engine light issue could come back after a week. I phoned his mechanic afterwards and he would not divulge what the engine light was on for. He took my number to call me back when the engine was fixed but didn't call me back and sold the vehicle to someone else.

I live 3.5 hours away from Vancouver so as I was driving home the engine burnt out with over heating and had to replace the whole engine . Called many time but did not help. In less than 24 hours my car broke down and all my money in the water because had to get ride of the car myself, they didn’t take any responsibility for selling a faulty car.

There was no issue with vehicle at that time but after 2 years when I had issue and all my repairs were covered under warranty. Very thankful to Mr. Ishtiaq for great customer service.
