★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Didn't quote me a price, just took my car apart and told me I had to pay this to put it back together.
2. Did not give me a price breakdown of how much the part cost or how much time it took
3. Did not update me at all on my vehicle, had to call in myself and organize picking it up myself
4. Had other concerns on my car but ignored my request on looking into them
5. Misdiagnosed a grinding noise I had in my vehicle. Went to another shop to fix it
6. Horrible service, spent over $2500 and still was not polite to me
Overall I went to authroized dealership and I told them about my situation and they told me they would have done all the work i got done for 300 cheaper + they would have washed my car and gave me parts warranty if anything were to break.
Not coming here agian nor will I recommend anyone to come

Told me a price up front no surprises at the end when it’s time for paying. Car was finished in 4 days as promised. For Honda owners these guys do these types of cars on a daily.

I'm not one to leave reviews but I just saw how many other people have had bad experiences with this place. Honestly, cannot say I'm surprised.
Due to the business owner ALL the bad reviews are scams apparently.
He charged me for a transmission change and didn't change the transmission. I doubt he did ANY work on my Sprinter at all. After I took my car back I told him the issue hasn't been resolved yet and what he told me was "I'm not touching your car again"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service I've ever had. My transfer case failed and my drive shaft was damaged. Arcadia took my truck in right away and I was back on the road in 2 days. I asked how it was possible for them to finish so quick and Alex told me he made me a priority seeing as I had a commercial vehicle and downtime is expensive. I'm very grateful. My truck runs like a champ and he's my guy now. I also ended up paying $100 less than my estimated price. Seriously?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely rebuilt the transmission on my Hummer and did some extra work as well. Took a bit longer then expected, but it was done right! Knows what he's doing, did a thorough job and even gave me a 3 month warranty, happy with the service.
