I needed a battery ASAP for my vehicle. A few calls later I came across Phil's Batteries - Not only were the staff knowledgeable, but they also had the battery I needed in stock, and provided awesome customer service. The overall experience was above and beyond. Shout out to Josh, Sean, and Shane - Keep up the great work boys!

I have been going here for all my battery and charging needs (automotive, motorcycle and marine). The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Recently my wife tried carrying a battery from her car to the shop for testing and made it just a couple feet before the staff ran out and took over and carried the heavy battery for her. What a great shop and service!! Thank you

The young men at this shop are all experienced and knowledgeable. They are resonably priced. Highly recomend.

They gave me a good price for the battery but they didn't give me the right battery for my car. It didn't have enough power to start my car properly. Got a new battery when this one died.

Phil and the team are EXCEPTIONAL! Their service is immaculate and their products are superior to anyone else! They fixed my battery terminals and saved me $1000. Their batteries are next level amazing. My car stayed sitting for over a month and started right up with no problems. Don't bother with cheap Canadian Tire batteries. With today's decline of service in most businesses I was totally surprised with the quick , friendly and mostly honest treatment I was given. In short, Someone's else's error in draining my trucks battery which was not under warranty Shaun explained the cause and exchanged it without any hesitation. Yes ! Caught me totally by surprise. Thus the reason they have been in business 4ever. Thank You! And continous success. ?☝️?

I have no complaints about the customer service, super friendly and helpful. I am just disappointed because once my battery was taken out I found out it was only 2 years old so lots of warranty left from where we bought it. I did call the shop I usually deal with and there was none of the battery I needed in stock at the moment, so I called around and he could help me. Once I found out that the battery was still so new I called the shop I bought it from (I went to a different branch earlier) and found out about the warranty and everything that was left. I should have had more knowledge before going in, but I drove like 2 kms and there was nothing that Phil’s would do to help me. They wouldn’t take the battery back as it was used, I get it but still frustrating. And the battery with installation cost more then other places. Oh well lesson learned. The people were super friendly when I was there. The other shop is still crediting me what was left on the battery so not a complete loss I guess. Actually lesson learned go to the people that will go above and beyond. Once I phoned them they gave me a refund for said faulty battery (pro-rated what warranty was left). And also go with the same shop that sold me the battery in the first place, as they did have an option until theirs came in and they would have replaced it for nothing, not the $200 that I got charged (which was also the most expensive place, even excluding the swap cost). And to top it off you were going to charge $25 to take it out again. This wasn’t a pissing contest, but I guess you are now a last resort. Good thing batteries should last longer then mine did, and hopefully yours will last the whole time so we don’t have to see each other again.
