They are faster than others in the mall.

The WORST pharmacy I've ever been to!!! Very very bad attitudes. My Dr called to have my prescription faxed and they were even rude with my Dr!!!!!

Don't deal with a pharmacist named Hoa I went to the pharmacy to talk to them about an emergency refill of my medication. My next appointment with my doctor isnt until Tuesday next week and I just needed a small amount to get me through till then. The pharmacist on Duty was Hoa. I have never had to deal with such a rude pharmacist in my life. When I came up to the counter she started talk to me with her mouth full as she was eating. Then when I asked her for my medication she said she couldn't provide me any because to her my record look like I haven't been taking it consistently. I explained to her that my doctor had informed me that if I felt the need to take half the medication that I should. She then talked to me while having her eyes shut most of the time and refused to look at me. I found that very rude. I've always had really great experiences at this Safeway pharmacy. One of the other pharmacist contacted my specialist to get me an emergency prescription of eye drops. Even though the time had passed they went out of their way to contact my specialist. I didn't even ask them and told them don't worry about going through the trouble as I was seeing my specialist in a couple of weeks. In this case antidepressants affect you so strongly. I was having serious side effects and she refused to help me. She told me to find a Walk in clinic. I would have at least expected her to contact my Dr asking for confirmation as your other staff members have set that customer service bar quite high. Regardless of her justification she was so rude with constantly having her eyes shut and mouth full of food. I even had to ask her to please open her eyes while she's talking to me. There are lots of other pharmacies that I can go to but I always felt the customer service was the best here. I plan on taking my business elsewhere moving forward. Apparently the standard for customer service does not apply to all of their staff.
