I have never seen her since but then CINDY would help me, and i absolutely ENJOYED her help! I think that the rest of the staff are very unprofessional and not very friendly. I am extremely busy with school and work. The lack of. care from other pharmacists and pharmacy assistants. I went there yesterday and the blonde girl had no emotion to her or care in the world. She just kept letting me know, "your plan doesn't cover this." I went to another pharmacy a two minutes. walk from my house. It was covered. Why couldn't the lady DEALING with me at this pharmacy help me out? A pharmacy that I have been going to for YEARS. If I could I would give Cindy and Jessica a 5 star. The rest of the staff a hard 0!

They should never judge book by its cover. I just want to request manager please teach him some etiquette. Thanks

She is friendly as well as professional. As I remember, I have gone there to buy one special cosmetic, but I have left the store with a bag full of cosmetics, she is a professional sales lady ☺️
c	cori brownell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shoppers by far has the best customer service and the most personable pharmacy team..ever that I have delt with in my 40 years of life. I even went as far as giving 5 employees a Christmas card. A rarity truly. I trust this store more than any other.

On multiple occasions I was told that my refills are ready for pick-up only to commute there and find out that it is not yet ready or that they are low in stock and are unable to give me the full refill. They are completely unapologetic, rude and dismissive - even when they mess up. They do not have the common courtesy to call me in advance and let me know when they are unable to satisfy a refill request or when the medication is finally back in stock and ready for pick-up. I constantly find myself having to chase them to do their job or having to make multiple trips to the pharmacy just to fulfil one prescription. This is the only Shoppers Drug Mart I have dealt with who does not take the initiative to communicate effectively via text or call. I will be transferring my prescriptions to a more reliable pharmacy.
