β β β β β We recently moved from Alberta and needed to change phone number and also get a new phone for my daughter. Everything worked smoothly and efficient and we were very satisfied with the service. Will definable visit again in near future. Look for sales manager, Sam Lee. He is the man.

β β β β β This location can do more things than a regular branch. Being located in the center of korea-town everyone speaks Korean fluently, but their English is excellent too. Moreover, they simply seem more serious... I've been there twice and they handle things very efficiently.

β β β β β The only reason I am able to leave this review is because David K at Total Links Ltd is a total rockstar. I came in with my smashed up phone and not only did he get me a great deal on a new and better phone, he spent over 30 mins working to get all of the data from my old phone moved to the new one for me. It was not easy as my old phone was basically destroyed. He even got me a new case and put the screen protector on for me! The nicest and most helpful TELUS representative I've ever dealt with in my 5+ years as a TELUS customer.
