I brought my twin 5 yr old girls for eye exams and to purchase glasses, it was totally stress free!! We came back again for our check ups and without a doubt, the great customer service is always consistent!! Great job team and keep it up!! I'll definitely be coming back to your location and recommending you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely impeccable service! Not only was their on-site optometrist very thorough, and caring, the front staff was very friendly. I found the staff to be very accommodating, and genuine. Instead of trying to rush through clients they took my needs very seriously. I have a wide framed head, and find it difficult to find frames that fit properly, and they had such good knowledge of their inventory, that it was such a great visit. So thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Hakim Optical at the Burnaby location in the Lougheed Town Center a few years ago. I keep coming back to that same location because of the amazing customer service, a wide range of glasses to choose from and the good prices. The staff was always very friendly and informative especially Johnathan. I never felt pressured into buying glasses which I appreciate. Johnathan always took the time and effort to find the right glasses for me. He even phoned another location and had them send a pair of frames that he thought would best suit my needs. He was very helpful and happy to advise me when I was undecided regarding when frames to choose.
High praises for Johnathan who is caring, professional and goes out of his way to find the perfect glasses for his clients
I highly recommend this location to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great prices and products! Service has gone down hill though. I asked for them to send me a copy of the waiver I signed for bringing my own glasses in. They refused and expected me to go there to get it. We are in a pandemic and they expected me to make an extra trip for something they could pop in the mail for me. Hope there are new staff by the time I need my next pair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the eye exam so to check my prescription, the doctor said it had changed so they sold me new lenses. I then had very bad headaches and so, and I thought I just need to get used to this new prescription. one year later I take another exam in another place different to this one, and they mentioned my prescription was too high and put it back to the one I used to have. In brief, I do not trust them for giving me a higher prescription without actually needing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ali is the person to deal with when coming to this location. Excellent customer service. Purchased 2 prescripted Safety Glasses for industrial/hazardous type of work and I'm very pleased with the results. I initially lost my set of glasses but I kinda glad I did because they were from another Optical store and they messed up real bad providing me with wraparound style frame and this really messed up my vision because I have astigmatism. Hakim Optical made sure my vision was well taken care of and had the appropriate frames for me. Can't thank you guys enough. Really needed it as I almost lost an eye on the job. These will definitely protect my eyes.
