★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give these guys zero stars, I would. I came from N.Vancouver to pick up fasteners they said they had only to be given an attitude by Amy their manager when I arrived. Their sales people don't really know what they are doing when it comes to fasteners. Amy needs to learn a lot about customer service.
