★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhelpful. Called from outside and doors were not even opened for me. Could see the "agent" inside the window talking to me on the phone but was asked to go to a bike shop instead for a general query about my cranks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelent products, I love them!... but why you choose CANPAR for delivery? It is a nightmare trying to track the package and they days of delivery I was at home (due to the COVID19) and they never knock the door... I went outside very quick and I saw the Delivery Notice on my door!

Had a pair of shorts rip on my third ride, and it was a pain to warranty.
The wrong size arrived 3 months later and broke within 5 rides (the entire pocket delaminated and fell out with my phone in it)
I have called and emailed them on and off for months, and continue to get told a manager will call me with a solution to no avail.
Can’t believe it is so hard for a company to stand behind their products, and continue to waste my time.
