This company was contracted by Canadian Northern Shield to deal with a flood in our house and was horrible to deal with. Andrew J was our adjuster and was inept and careless in the entire process. Probably one of the worst "service" type specialists I've ever dealt with. In almost 8 months of issues, I don't think he handled one efficiently which caused a ton of follow up on my end and wasted time. It was so bad that I had to get Canadian Northern Shield involved to get anything done with the claim. If you ever have to work with this company, I'd run to the nearest telephone and get your insurance provider to switch assessment teams. You'll have your time and mental state in the long run.

Very poor service and professionalism show by my adjuster. My townhouse flooded and my floor was damaged. Teena Molson was my adjuster send by our insurance provider to figure the value of the damage and what amount I should be entitled to replace the original carpet from 1977 since my new floor is considered an upgrade and is not covered under our strata agreement...so I was offered only about $454 as compensation which is no way near the value of a carpet which is closer to $1500. She explained that this amount was not for a new carpet but the value of taking out the old carpet cleaned and replaced!(Carpet from 1977 which does not actually exist) My neighbor's place also flooded and her carpet was replaced so they have the exact value. I would still be at a loss with a $1500 value of a new carpet. I expressed my disappointment and explained that I should be entitled to the value of a new carpet as nobody would keep the same carpet from 1977 that was flooded. Her response was that the $454 was an mistake and I should not be covered at all! Very disappointing in all aspects...I really hope I never have to deal with this company again. My interactions with my adjuster where confusing and uneventful. Not recommended to say the least!

I had a horrible experience with the adjustor Susan Durnin. It took 8 months for her to get a conclusion, which severely delayed and caused more problems for my damage. This adjustor has no professional attitude at all and is extremely rude. She hangs up in the middle of conversation and kept warning me whenever I told her the truth. As an adjustor, she / he supposed to be neutral, fare, honest and respectful of the fact / truth. As a human being, she should at least be respectful of others. Unfortunately, Durnin is none of these things. Dealing with her has been one of the worst experiences we’ve had.
