I live nearby and decided to go here out of convenience as I needed to make a small change to my auto insurance. When I arrived I was happy to see it wasn't busy, however, when I walked in I immediately felt like I was interrupting the staff as most of them were standing together and talking. No one greeted me (again, not busy) and it I had to stand there for a solid minute before someone helped me. The lady who eventually helped me was impatient and unclear when I asked simple, direct questions about my auto insurance policy. As I was being helped I noticed another customer come in and wait for longer than a minute as multiple staff, again, chatted amongst themselves as if they couldn't be bothered.....the fellow customer visibly wasn't impressed and neither was I. Seems like a chronic problem. Bottom line: it's easy enough to go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.

β β β β β Very aggressive on selling insurance. Keep calling, keep pushing, even though we told them we had renewed our insurance, they are still calling. We keep blocking their numbers, they keep calling from different numbers.
They even renewed the insurance without our authorization, almost screwed us up!
STOP CALLING!!!!

I came in for a renewal, she asked if I wanted everything the same, I said yes, and in 5 minutes I was signing papers and out the door with new insurance for my truck.
No messing around and right to the point which I loved.
