I came back with confirmation from vital statistics and they told me they need to confirm again, asking ME the phone number of vital statistics. Very unprofessional I could say.

β β β β β Harsha from lougheed London Drugs ICBC autoplan was extremely helpful and patient with our procedure. He is very positive and has a very nice demeanor. London Drugs and ICBC are lucky to have staff like him.

β β β β β I spent two hours trying to insure my truck which was purchased out of province. The guy doing my paper work had no idea what he was doing, called ICBC twice, then told me he could not insure my truck unless I got a document signed by a lawyer saying that I was the owner. This seemed unusual so I called ICBC personally and they said that was not necessary. So I informed him thatβs what ICBC said, then he lost his temper on me because I wasnβt doing what he told me to do. And said that it was my fault for not following the instructions that he gave me(which were incorrect and would have cost me lots of money, in lost wages and legal fees) and then refused to help me. The next day I tried maxam insurance brokers and they had the truck insured in 15 minuets, lawyers necessary. I would recommend using a different insurance broker than this one. They cost me several hundred dollars in lost wages and potentially more in legal fees if I had followed their instructions.

β β β β β They know what they are doing and they are being very customer orientated. They helped me to renew my plan two months before the new driver factor deployed. I went back there to see if there any option to have discount or not. They are being very informative and thinking about the solution to help me to save money. Eventually, Harsha helped me saved almost 2000 CAD after registering a new plate. I will definitely always renew there if I don't move in the future.

This is the first time I needed to change my coverage due to pandemic and work from home, I had no idea how to make the change and what coverage I should get, but I was very lucky I spoke to Harsha, he's extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and professional! He even called ICBC after I renewed and got reduced rate for me the next day....completely exceeded my expectations! Thank you very much Harsha!!!!
