★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is located in Bay Mall inside Walmart Supercentre. This certain McDonald's franchise is not that tidy and clean. The service is fast but the sandwich bread tasted a day old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here today at around 6:45pm and ordered chicken mcnugget meal and to my dismay the girl who was taking my order (she’s the team leader on duty) told me that she can not cook fries and nuggets for me because the store is closing soon. Liar!!!! This store closes at 8pm everyday! I noticed that there were three staff working that time doing nothing. The heck?! The worst part was, she did not even make an effort to offer something else. Terrible customer service! She’s in a hurry to go home, I suspect, while she’s being paid until the store is cleaned and closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely give 0 star, We order and eat with my 2 kids, my kids doesn’t drink pop so I ask for water instead. I went to ask tap water but the guy said you need to pay for it and I said I already paid and give me your receipt so, I went to grab my receipt right away but when I came back his not there anymore!
Tables are always dirty, they should wipe it after someone has left as per covid protocols but NO it’s always dirty!

2) Sauces missing for my chicken nuggets.
3) No napkins in bag.
4) Soft drink fountain out of carbon, was told need 30m to get it from another store.
The manager willing to sub the coke for other drink so at least acceptable. But point 1 to 3 is just fail service for fast food restaurant.
Black listing this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. I work with people with disabilities and I was working with someone who was standing next to the order pick up counter. A staff rolled her eyes at them and said "go stand over there!" and pointed near the garbage can. It really hurt their feelings. Food took 15 minutes to get and they were rude (rolling eyes again) when I asked for more ketchup. Staff need some training in customer service for sure. I wouldn't recommend going to this mcdonalds.
