★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This walmart was one of my favorite, but today I picked up my husband to work and we went to buy some work shoes for him. Maybe because of his dirty dresses, but one of the girls started to follow him. He tried shoes and she was there supervising and asking every minute if we were ready. When he decided for his shoes, she had to go in the deposit to grab the other one and went with him to pay at customer service. Meanwhile I continued my shopping with my kids. It's first time I see this policy to walmart, and it's ok, but the girl was so rude and not kind. After a day working, my husband doesn't deserve this kind of attitude. I don't know if we'll back in this location.sorry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start, this location is better than the Metrotown one. The biggest difference is the amount of space and how people adhere to the distancing better. No issues with staff at this location, which is a bonus. Only some items here are somewhat competitive in terms of pricing, hence the rating.

Thank you so much for your attitude and customer satisfaction. You deserve to be in a management position?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the quality of shopping at this warehouse has been dropping over the last 10+years that I have been coming here. It's my neighborhood store.
Stocking up is a constant issue, which used to be pretty prompt especially dairy section.
Staff (generally speaking) are not conversant with service policies which result in more arguments than ever before . Overall, an air of casualness. You can still shop, just not what it used to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Walmart has gone downhill fast. You’d think with the other grocery store Independent closed since January they’d up their game, buuuuut NO! I went today (Monday) not a buggy inside and outside. I walked from one end to the other in hopes of finding a basket….NONE… I went to self checkout to find a lonely one and I snatched it quick as other customers were on the hunt. It’s turned into a very dirty store, shelves empty and produce looks like they could use some water. I won’t even go into the meat department as that’s scary in its self. It’s a shame really cause it’s in a prime location. I hope that they change management cause I’d be ashamed of myself if I let a store look like that. I’ll make the trip to Superstore where it’s clean & staff look like they enjoy their job. Good luck Walmart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for a walmart location, a bit odd seeing some shelves empty, but overall had everything we needed.
Undortunately, I went for some camping gear but a lot of them were out of stock and this locations selection of outdoor gear was considerably limited. Understandable as it is located in a mall.
Their selection of clothes are expansive but I think it's a bit too much focus on the clothes. I think their foods selections can be better. Also, fyi, darn cheap desserts and pastry prices. Would recommend for cheap snacks!
