β β β β β They have the worst customer service ever with absolute not respect to the customer.
We bought an item from them, it had very poor quality and it broke at the first use.
When we reach them they did nothing but saying it is what it is!!!!
I would never ever buy anything from them again and I don't recommend it to anyone

β β β β β It is not even summer yet but the shop is full of mosquitoes, half of the fruits are rotten and the owner has a courage to suggest us buy bread from them, saying they are fresh.
It seems since the owner has changed to these guys the quality dropped significantly.

β β β β β Very happy with my new set of cutlery Carl Weil bought some months ago. It was the last set in the shop and got a discount as I paid with my debit card. Also, I bought a very beautiful serving tray yesterday. There are making my kitchen great!:)

β β β β β Great customer service. although out of sour cherries they found me a box. The box was saved for me and the cherries were absolutely perfect. Not one bad cherry in a 10lb box!

β β β β β This is a third-rate store that sells counterfeit and inferior goods.
Recently, I bought six skewers here. Each of the skewers had an embossed inscription in Russian, "ΠΠΠ Π", which should mean it was made of stainless steel, which is a complete lie. In fact, the skewers were made of copper or a copper-bearing alloy and were electroplated with a silvery metal. After the second or third cleaning, that silvery coat gets off, and copper appears underneath. Small amounts of copper are good for everyday health. However, large amounts in a single dose or over a short period can be poisonous, and it is not certain how much can be safely taken each day.
I spoke to the store owner after I brought my purchase back to him. The owner did not return the money to me, offering as compensation first 25%, and then 75% discounts on the cost of some other product - "many thanks" to him for that, I'm not going to ever buy anything here.
Actually, it's not even about the money issue as $ 11.50 is not a huge deal. The fact is that these skewers continue to be sold at this store, and some inexperienced buyers can get serious poisoning while preparing their food using the cookware sold here. Apparently, the store doesn't care about its reputation.
I do not recommend this store.
