L	Lisa S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in on a Groupon after attempting to colour my own hair with a store bought dye (Garnier Olia). Well as you can see, it turned out a disaster. I had Lucy as my stylist where she fixed it with a new shade. The colour is more of an ash brown. She also gave me the cutest bangs ever! I haven’t had bangs in forever so I was very pleased with my cut. Overall took a bit over 2 hours. I had many people compliment my cut and colour and even when I came home my family didn’t recognize me! Lucy was also really great at massaging my head while washing my hair (honestly my favourite part of going to a hair salon ?). Overall highly recommend the salon, friendly staff and I was the only person there so they had good covid protocols.
Y	Yoojiyooji Yoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say, it was an amazing experience. As you all know, when it comes to getting new hairstyle, it's all about who's gonna do this. It was really tough to decided where I should visit. And then I met Erica. I had a quite long and messy hair for a long time. I needed something new that would make me refresh. We discussed for a while before she begins. She suggested what color would be perfect on me. After about 3 hours, I got totally new gorgeous hairstyle which I love. More importantly she got me a little advise for hair-care. She is meticulous and did her job thoroughly. Including her, every staff there is nice and friendly. It took me to get here about 1 hour, though which was worth the time. I'd love to visit here again for sure. I am really glad that I met her.

Raina was so nice and she answered all my questions ^^ I got highlights and bangs done here and I was so happy with how Raina did it! I got so many compliments from my friends and I will definitely be coming back :)
c	chung james on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in without an appointment and had a haircut from a male hairdresser. As a middle aged man, didn't have a preference or hairstyle I wanted. However, he was friendly enough to recommend the hair styles that may suit me and I really satisfied with an outcome. His skills with a sissor was top notched, sounded like music to my ears and I almost fell a sleep during the haircut. For the most his shampooing was amazing. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend him. Shoot, I was shy to ask his name but he's the only male hairdresser in the shop.
L	Linda L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars isn't enough for the job and service that Raina provided me. With the pandemic, I like many others tried handling my hair on my own. It became a disaster and Raina was able to clean up my hair and give it shape and movement. Raina did not rush the process and was meticulous in ensuring that the cut was perfect and taking the time to style it. All in all, it took around an hour for this appointment which is the longest I have had for a cut. Typically other places where I have paid more rush the service so I have been out in 30-40 minutes or so.

e	ecallan11 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update at bottom I had my hair cut once in 2019 here by Lucy and I loved my hair! I had friends say “this is the best your hair as looked”, so I decided to go back the other day to have my hair vacation ready! This time I saw Raina, and she was very sweet and lovely and I felt like she was confident with her skills. When I left the salon I thought everything looked pretty good, however when I washed my hair it was obvious that the layers in front of my face were choppy and not blended, and the ends of my hair look sharp and jagged. It looks like I have two separate hair cuts and I am crushed :( Hoping to go in to see Lucy before my vacation in order to have it fix. I want to love this salon, because the staff is so lovely and all the reviews are glowing! I’m hoping this is just a fluke, and I will have a positive experience by having my hair fixed by Lucy. Would love to give five stars, but with these layers…I just…cannot. UPDATE Lucy was able to help to correct the layers. Although in order to do so she took out a lot more weight. Not great, but the layers are more blended. I’m still not super happy, as it will take probably 6 months for my hair to look like itself again, but at least I have blended layers. I just feel like there was misunderstanding of what I wanted both times I went in. Everyone there is lovely, and I appreciate they did what they could to make it better, but I probably won’t be back. My poor hair is a whisper of what it was.
