C	Chris Deger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff us super friendly, and they really know what they are doing. I tend to go in tell them what I like but let them decide how to cut the hair and every time I have been surprised with how great it comes out. For the price it's super great.

When I took my mom in for her haircut last week, the hairdresser rushed through the cut and had a stern attitude. They charge $9 for hair wash. For $9, she applied a small bean size shampoo and washed my mom's hair in under 1 minute. She didn't test the water temperature and the water was hot burning my mom's scalp. She didn't wrap a towel around my mom's neck so her back all all wet from the water. Truly awful experience after having spent $30 there. Not worth it, will never go back.

My bf and I got our hair done by the same girl and we left really pleased with the work done; I'm the awkward non talkative type of customer that just becomes more awkward by the silence so I didn't get a chance to get her name. But next time, I'll definitely come back to this location again and hope she'll be working that day.

Wore her mask for her previous client, decided to wear it around her chin when dealing with me. Removed my glasses, TWICE, without my consent and then removed my mask. Absolutely horrified these people are doing this kind of thing. I am pregnant and live with immune compromised people and the fact that she found it acceptable to TAKE OFF MY MASK is abhorrent. Will never go to ANY other Great Clips franchise again due to this behaviour. The people here should be ashamed of themselves. EDIT TO RESPOND: I already have. You responded to this, but not my email.
J	JJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the same haircut twice here with huge variance on the results. But what will make me not come back here is how terribly managed the online check-in is. I guess it doesn't register sometimes, so it tells you it's a 12 minute wait and you end up waiting 45 minutes. They also seem to have zero awareness of who is waiting in their lobby. Telling someone it'd be about a 10 minute wait when there were 4 people ahead of them and two hairdressers.

I was overdue for a trim and a bit embarrassed about the damaged ends. The hairdresser was so kind and friendly. She complimented my hair, and was skilled in the style I wanted. Offered a suggestion for a better cut, and it was quick without feeling rushed. I was at ease the whole time. If you just want to get it cut, without a drawn out, judgey salon experience, this is the place to go.
