★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a furry kid, and you are living around this area; this place would be the best choice of health care for your pets. Because I moved, I transferred my cat boy to another clinic close to my house without reading their reviews carefully. Now, my beloved cat boy went to the rainbow bridge, and I felt guilty and missed him so so much. It is to late to regret. The doctors and nurses are very professional, and helpful in North Road Animal Hospital. I recommend seriously.

new front desk is not as comfortable giving $$$ amount gestimations for services. otherwise all other staff is helpful. advice, treatment ect. I've been a client with multiple exotic pets for years and travel fom east van to do so. worth it.

She recently had her teeth cleaning done here and I’m very satisfied with the results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, efficient and didn't break my pocketbook. Poor long fur kitty had matting around his back end. The Dr did an exam (our first visit), the quickly and efficiently shaved the trouble area. He was gentle but firm with my cat and we didn't have to wait a long time in the office. Front end staff were also friendly, helpful and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having recently moved in to the area, and not being entirely thrilled with our previous vet, my partner and I opted to try NRAH as it was close and well reviewed. Couldn’t be happier with our experience so far - the care and attention they’ve shown to our newly adopted dog has been really fantastic. Incredibly accommodating, clean, and welcoming facility. The staff have been wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. B and his staff are amazing and I feel so blessed to have found such an amazing veterinary clinic for my little guy. Lucky can be quite difficult but they've always handled him extremely well. I moved away from this clinic a few years back and tried another clinic closer to me and I would compare his prices to other rates I was getting and he was always a better value and much more experienced so I would drive all the way there which was often a 2hr drive in traffic. Dr. B deserves a lot of recognition and praise for the great work he does everyday. You can tell he loves animals and is extremely compassionate and empathetic with the owners who are going through tough times due to their pet's health issues. It will be hard to find a doctor like him when I move overseas this time because he's a true gem :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking my bunny there for years and they have helped us so many times, over and over again. I couldn’t be more grateful. They really know how to make a rabbit comfortable there. My bunny Dexter has always had good experiences with them, and their prices are very good. The vet and the whole team there are very knowledgeable on rabbits too. I recommend this place to everyone and they have always followed covid protocols and they make you feel really safe. They really do care about their clients and their pets! Dexter says thank you!!
