I had to bring my cat in for an emergency enucleation after her eye ruptured due to a chronic eye issue (she had an appointment with the vet for this, but they were busy and I had to wait two weeks to get her in). They were able to get her in right away, and I had her back home five hours later. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about my cat. Very happy with the service I received here, and thank you to my vet that recommended them! **UPDATE!** I brought my cat back to have her stitches removed and they did it for free AND cleaned her ears out for me! Honestly THE best vet care I’ve ever had.

Absolutely amazing staff ! Having to take my cat to emergency for the first time was terrifying but the CAE team made the process so easy and comforting. They are incredibly knowledgable, kind, efficient and thorough. Not only that but in comparison to other animal emergency clinics they are substantially more cost effective. You shouldn't have to worry about money when it comes to your fur baby. As much as I love them I hope I don't have to go back anytime soon.

Fantastic emergency vet. Our dog broke a tooth and they took us in very quickly. The receptionist was lovely and helpful, and the staff were all friendly. Dr. Bassi was very knowledgeable, and took special care with our dog’s nervousness. The cost was reasonable too, which was a huge relief.

Our little pup encountered numerous bites from being attacked by another dog. All emergency vets in Langley were horrible and refused to take our pup in for a quick examination. We drove from Maple Ridge to Coq and so glad we did. They were absolutely incredible. They quickly attended to our pup and were so compassionate. Provided her with antibiotics and away we went. And They were affordable!! THANK YOU!!

It’s understandable that the reviews of emergency clinic are divergent. I do prepare myself to know that the emergency clinic fees are incredible since this is an overnight clinic. Unlike Canada West, this clinic is more reasonable. I still remember Canada West claimed that my 21 pound cat Naggy cannot live more than two days due to the severe symptom and they charged me $3k for one overnight hospitalization. After consulting with my vet, he suggested me about this place where charged me around $1k for an overnight hospitalization. I like the doctors here who would explain to me how serious the symptom instead of threatening me that my cats won’t survive more than two days if I don’t get the treatment. This clinic is my backup clinic. If there is anything happen at night, I would definitely bring my cats in. Yesterday, one of my cats Adam was having difficulty breathing due to stress which caused him suffering from urethra blocked. I took him in and they took next steps right after my explanation. I really appreciated everyone’s help, especially Dr. Sekhon, who kept me posted about Adam’s symptom. I picked up Adam this early morning and realized that he is much more energetic with more lively vital signs. They also called me after I finished work to check on Adam’s condition and I’m greatly appreciated they follow up on their patients. I understand people would appreciate the doctor if the treatment ends up well and blame if it’s the other way around. All I can suggest is to bring the baby to the clinic if you see anything abnormal and don’t wait until the end. Naggy also got one of his nail badly injured so it got removed. This is the third time I visit this place and I don’t like to visit here too often to be honest. Wish all the best health to all the fur babies and hope they can get better ❀️‍?

Our cat Theo needed emergency services late Monday night. Nurses and vet did an excellent job taking care of him. Am grateful he was taken care of and is on the mend. Price wise as this is an urgent care clinic, we'd expect a premium. That is fine. Thank you CENTRAL Animal clinic!

Came in at 10:30pm on a Sunday night with a 3 day old puppy that didn't seem to be doing so well. They took me in immediately and put oxygen on the puppy. After inspection, they let me know that the puppy will be fine and gave me clear instructions on how to continue caring for him. Front desk staff was also very helpful and kind! In the end they didn't even charge me because they knew that they didn't do very much during my visit and I appreciated the honesty. Highly recommended this hospital!!

I want to give a big Thank you to all the kind ladies and the Dr at Central for taking such great care of my baby. My little Leila was bitten by a VERY big (185lb) dog. She luckily had minimal damage but The vet I saw recommended I bring her here for extra care and overnight observation. The staff took extra precautions and extra great care of her over night. Giving me updates and allowing me to call in whenever to talk to them. Leila’s back home with me now resting and recovering and I can’t wait to be able to cuddle with her again like we usually do. ? I highly recommend Central Animal emergency to everyone ?
