A lot of people, including myself, come to google to read reviews before deciding on a place, even a veterinarian clinic to take their pet who is in need. Reviews left on google or anywhere else, are not always all about the positives when one is making a decision for long term care.
It would be in your best interest as the, “owner” to refrain from leaving sarcastic, nasty replies to those who leave negative reviews.
“I’m not sure why you’re being salty towards our clinic.” - Along the lines of that, and whatever, “salty” means to your generation.
“1. Could not read the sign about CURBSIDE.”
“2. Could not wear a mask.”
“3. …”
And so on.
If the negative review bothers you, scroll past it or close the page, it is very simple. By leaving the replies you have been, you are only losing clients.
Businesses need to remain professional online as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought our puppy in to have his paw looked at because he was whining, and our normal vet had no availability and they advised we get it treated asap . The staff was friendly and our puppy came back to us with a bandaged paw. We inquired about a tooth that was also a little inflamed and the vet here recommend we have it pulled.
Fast forward 1 week later when its time to have the bandaged change at our normal vet, he noticed there was a lot of blood on the bandage and the fur around the wound was not cut. He said its standard practice to stop the bleeding first because he is a small dog (7lbs) and to shave the fur so it can be kept clean and unobstructed. He also took a look at our dogs tooth and told us it was likely irritated because of something he'd been chewing, and pulling that tooth out would be drastic at this point in time. He advised that we do not return to this vet again.

He is very consultative and gives options and potential outcomes to help you make the best decision for your pet. His staff are wonderful and the customer experience has been great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor’s doctor - the care and the information you need and want from a good vet for your little one - just like your own good family doctor. Follow up: I was called a week later to ensure everything was okay and if I had questions. Affordable, quality, thorough care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Raj and his amazing team (Shae ?) are outstanding on every level!!!
The clinic is gorgeous, sparkling clean with on site brand new equipment! I was truly impressed with the efficiency of its layout.
Dr.Raj is wonderful and gentle with my baby girl- who can be a bit skittish. He left me with some great at home tips to tackle our everyday routines (hair brushing, tooth brushing & moderating food intake).
Shae the most cheerful tech of them all was so sweet with Ursa and taught me great tips for at home Nail trims!
Left with a big smile on face and moreover a big my on my cats face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Took my cat in for a dental check-up & cleaning and everything went smoothly. I like that they were upfront about the pricing and sent me a quotation before the appointment. My cat is usually very terrified of strangers and they were gentle with him - you can tell they really love the animals there. It's great to finally have a vet in the neighbourhood here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our baby Loaf had his first visit today. The staff were so sweet and friendly. The Dr. Was very knowledgeable and had great information about the care of our cat. We were offered a lot of advice as this is our first kitten.
The clinic is very clean and the prices are very reasonable. Very happy to have this animal hospital in Sapperton!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this place because the communication and diagnostics were terrible at our previous vet.
My 1 year old has some sort of skin allergy which is hard to find out what it's caused by. The doctor took his time and explained everything in a way that anyone with little to no knowledge would understand. A few treatment options were given to me and I chose to go with the one that was the most recommended by the doctor.
Fast forward 2 weeks later, my dog is doing amazing.
Also unlike other vets, they're not trying to convince to buy their products.
Super friendly staff, very professional and very clean. Even though my dog can be very vocal and hyper they were very kind and patient about it.
Highly recommend this place!
