★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jung has been my Dermatologist for almost 3 years now and he’s always been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a well rounded Doctor who’s open to listening to his patients history and goals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t get a chance to meet Dr Jung because it took over 6 months to book an appointment with him and my problem was solved on its own after 9 months. So I really can’t say much about him, BUT, I would say 3 words about his receptionists RUDE, RUDE, RUDE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen Dr. Jung for a few years (in different clinics!) and he has been excellent. He is friendly and efficient. He always answers all my questions thoroughly even if I bring up other skin problems I have that my doctor didn’t send me to him for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Gordon is very professional and friendly, but the receptionist is SO RUDE. Has a very condescending tone in her voice and interrupts the caller. And judging from other reviews, I am not the only one who had this experience.

However, his Receptionist was the rudest person I believe I have ever encountered. I think he will lose patients due to her attitude regardless of the waitlist for Drs. I will advise him of this during follow up visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was very RUDE! I'm not sure why she even works there. She needs to be fired. Plus she tried charging me for 2 no shows lol. The first was in 2016 apparently. However I had no idea I had an appointment with them. I was in Europe and she told me I should have called to cancel. lol. The 2nd time is when the OFFICE canceled my appointment due to COVID last year 2020. And they still wanted me to pay lol. WOW. Anywho, fire the receptionist. If she doesn't enjoy her job perhaps she should look into another industry that doesn't require dealing with people. She might be a good litter picker or dog poop scooper at parks. Just keep her away from human interaction. NO EMPATHY either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Gordon is friendly, he listen to you, addresses all the issues you may have. I had a great experience. He explains everything. He honestly will do whatever possible on spot. He followed up to check up on me to see how is everything. I definitely recommend him.

The office is very clean. The office has been busy the few times I have been but the staff have always been nice and friendly.
