Very good customer service from the front desk and Amazing work by Andra ? My lips are perfect every time! I recommend anyone looking to get their lips done to come here. I always have a painless, comfortable experience and the results are phenomenal.

I had a really great experience with my visit at the clinic. The staff is so lovely and welcoming. It was my first time getting lip filler done.Nurse Jennifer was so patient and thorough with me, and I am in-love with my results!

I came with my mother for her consultation today. It was true that the clinic was very busy. We waited for a moment until we were able to get in the treatment room to see Andra and Elsa. But the whole consultation was not in rush at all, they took time with us and listened my mother’s concern. They created a reasonable treatment plan for her and answered all her questions. Even this was my mother’s first time experience with injectable treatment for botox and filler, she felt she had been taken care very well. We can see some of the result right away especially in her tear trough area it is improved a lot she was very happy! Everyone was very nice and friendly at the clinic. I can see they tried their best to help their clients.. We will defiantly come back again.

I had consultation with Alice for my skin concerns. She was very professional and friendly answered all my questions and taught me how to use all the skin care she recommended. She also booked another appointment to see me again in a month to make sure everything goes well. Appreciate the experience and service today. Can’t wait to see my improvement

I have been to several different clinics in Metro Vancouver, and this clinic is undoubtedly the best. Staff are compassionate, pleasant, and extremely professional. The nurse who administered my injections was patient and was clearly highly skilled. The results were beautiful. I've had several bad experiences at other clinics where the process felt rushed and I was pressured to get treatments that I was ambivalent towards, with mediocre results afterwards. This clinic clearly cares about their patients. They seem to care more about results and satisfaction over profits, and even suggested ways that I can save money on treatments. I can't speak highly enough about them! I am so grateful to have found this clinic, and I hope that this review helps someone else.

ASHLEY <3 If you have concerns with your skin and hair, she is the best person to go to. Her expertise with laser hair removal combined with empathy for her clients has given me the confidence to continue treatment with her. I was super scared as I had heard laser hair removal could be painful. Ashley was super friendly, and empathetic to my concerns and reassured me. She made sure I was at ease through out my session with her :) thank you Ashley. Definitely recommended. Will go back for more. Just be careful about who your aesthetician is and stick to them :)

I never write reviews but for this experience I felt I had no choice to hopefully warn anyone else who's considering coming here. I came here because of the glowing 5 star reviews and had high expectations but my experience was not good. I waited 40 minutes to actually be seated into the room and no one ever addressed or apologized for how delayed my appointment got and everything felt super unorganized. Even once I was in the patient room waiting for treatment, I still waited another 20 minutes. So do you guys simply not value your client's time? I had a particularly bad experience with one of the employees there named Elsa. She was incredibly blunt and rude in how she communicated, when I would ask a question she made it sound like I was asking something foolish and was extremely short tempered. When I was in the waiting room, she would literally refer to the customers as "THAT ONE" "WHICH ONE IS THAT ONE". On top of that, while there were multiple people waiting in the reception seating area, she was yelling and commanding the male receptionist who works there - who by the way, he was actually the nicest person there. It was honestly so embarrassing as a client to watch how she treated her fellow team mate, not to mention it made the entire atmosphere very awkward for the rest of us who were just sitting there. I would recommend that this clinic really evaluates their order of business, customer service level, organization skills, and how you treat each other in the company culture. I have been to far better clinics that are less expensive in their fees that have been top class services but Everyoung is just a complete chaos. I can also see their responses to previous bad reviews on here and they say they "pride ourselves in being professional and detail oriented" which is laughable because it was anything but that.

Went in today for a consult. Been there before but only got cheek filler this time wanted lip as well. Elsa is amazing as always so sweet and reviewed everything with me. Andra was my injector and wow she is the sweetest cutest lady . Besides that she was so thorough with the whole procedure and made my experience very pleasant. She is amazing at injecting. She knows exactly where it needs it. Amazing experience today everyone is so nice at this Centre. And of course I left very happy with how I looked with my cheeks and lips :) thank you guys! ?
