★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will love your spa service at Urban Bliss! Clara is extremely professional, knowledgable and makes you feel totally comfortable. The treatment room is lovely and serene and spotlessly clean. Clara gives the best facial and the best and longest wearing pedicure you will ever have! Her standards are impeccable and you will love the result. I have always been concerned with making sure that spas have strict procedures on cleaning tools and equipment but Clara put my mind at ease explaining her process. I would highly recommend booking an appointment at Urban Bliss. It is my favourite place for spa services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressed with new RMT, Zia! She is very professional and did a great job. My husband and I will be back again for sure. I wish other massage therapists used the tolerance scale (1-5) to ensure their clients are comfortable. It was a great way to establish the treatment pressure.

Diane is my go to now -- and my back and shoulders are so much better after a round of cupping! I also like that after my first appointment, she showed me stretches to deal with some of the issues I've had with my neck.
Looking forward to trying some of the skin-related services next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a massage with Christopher. In all my years of getting massage, I'm so glad I found him. His style and technique really made me feel amazing. My lower back doesn't hurt anymore and he recommended some great stretches post treatment. Thanks Chris - I'll be back soon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diane was absolutely amazing ! I had never gotten my eyelashes permed or tinted before so I really didn't know what to expect. Diane explained everything she was doing throughout the process and was so professional I felt comfortable the entire time. When it came time to see my lashes I nearly cried ( thankfully I didn't or I would have ruined her hard work ) they're so beautiful and so much darker ! I Cannot wait to go back when I need them redone. Thank you so much Diane you are wonderful :)
