They answered all of my questions during the difficult time and made sure I had all the information I needed. Seriously, I had so many questions and concerns and instead of getting impatient and frustrated with me they were helpful and understanding. They are genuine folks who care a lot about animals. The vet they choose to work with for surgeries also had a lot of kind hearted staff. Even though my experience with my cat was heartbreaking, I know they did what they could for us.
L	Lauren Odobas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We adopted a senior kitty who is EXTREMELY anxious at the vet's, and the staff at this clinic have been helpful and supportive to make his visits as stress-free as possible. They are patient and gentle with him. He's our first pet and everyone has been reassuring and happy to answer questions thoughtfully. Dr Kayla discovered our cat has hyperthyroidism and was kind and compassionate in discussing what our options were to help him. She has helped us successfully manage it for over a year; he's healthy and happy because of her diligence. Tammy always seems genuinely pleased to see our cat and us, even though he's terrified to be there and we're anxious for him. I cannot recommend this place enough, these folks are lovely, professional, and trustworthy. Their covid precautions are thorough and consistent. They do a great job protecting clients and staff while still taking wonderful care of fluffy family members. I am grateful that they have been on the ball with safety from the very start.

He was very matted and had super long hair and after taking him to Paws he looked like a whole new dog. The customer service was great and all the workers were very friendly and kind. Levi also seemed to like the groomer Jen a lot, and was very happy after his hair cut.
D	Denyse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vet is super unreliable. I brought all my animals here for a long time, spent so much money and now one is dead because of going here and the other suffered so much. I brought my cat for his pre neuter, they did blood work, dr.kayla told me his white blood cells were high but it was because he had a tooth infection and he would be okay. I brought him the next day to have the tooth checked again I booked his neuter and tooth surgery but they told me I had to wait 5 days because the tooth dr is only there sometimes. My cat looked rough they sent me home without anything, no antibiotics they said he was fine. He died the next day at an emergency animal hospital due to infection which could have been avoided. Not to mention I brought my dog who had cancer here, they knew she was dying and yet recommended us to spend thousands of dollars to amputate her leg and made her go through so much pain knowing she was going to die a few weeks later. They’ve also tried to hospitalize our healthy dog because she puked a few times, my husband brought her home and she was fine the next day. I’m leaving this review because I’ve met so many people with horror stories from this place. I trusted this place and spent so much money, they made my animals suffer. I miss my cat so much..

The service, patience, reliability, nice and friendly people I have seen. Highly Professional.Dr. Kayla seems to like and enjoy her job as well. They even help me to fill out and send out my insurance papers. The way the Dr Kayla explain it to me as if I'm getting a crash course how to become a vet. All of the questions on my head are answered before I have a chance to ask. This is how all the businesses should be operated. Lucky (My Cat) is doing very well now and back to normal. We definitely need more Vets like this. This place definitely will be my go to place no matter where I move in the future within GVRD. Too bad I can only give 5 stars. Once again Thank you so much.
E	Edjie Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst vet clinic, don’t go here. I’ve been to different clinics from different cities but this is the worst. 1. Requires you to get your dog tested in their “in-house lab”. I never get to see any diagnosis or anything written result about the “exam/test” they did. Please take note that it’s not cheap. Scam #1 2. You don’t see your dog being examined or checked by vet. I’m actually not sure if a vet really checked it because I didn’t see it. You’ll be confined in a small room to wait, you’ll just hear your dog cry. They say it’s for covid precaution. A glass window would help, make it 1-way mirror if the concern is your dog acting up when seeing you. Scam #2 3. Every visit they check the basics of your dog, like their weight.. but i never got any updates, i don’t even know my dogs weight on our second visit. You will not get any records unless you ask. I had to email them a day after a day because I wasn’t expecting that they are not gonna email it unless you ask. But why do you need to ask, shouldn’t it be automatically sent or printed out for you before you leave. Scam #3 4. They can only cater at least 1 or 2 dogs at a time. If you arrive on your appointment on time and there’s still dogs inside, you will have to wait outside, on a sidewalk, with no chairs to sit on, it’s almost summer so consider the heat. Scam #4 10/10 i will not come back here and won’t recommend

My animals love Dr. Alberto and Dr. Kayla. My questions are always answered even if I need clarification several times the vets are patient with me and go over everything to make sure that I understand all the treatment options and treatment plans. I then get to make informed decisions before proceeding. The groomers are great with the dogs as well. The team is patient, caring, loving towards the animals and definitely care about the animals coming to them for care. I highly recommend the team.
