★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible “vet”. My parents paid over $300 to have X-rays done and they were not done properly. Varinder Kamboj is an incompetent so called “vet”. More like a fraud. He x-rayed the puppies arm when clearly the pain is coming from her shoulder paid $300 for what again?? when I spoke to him to follow up he had the audacity to yell at me and then hang up on me, very unprofessional to say the least. Highly do not recommend this place. Take your pets and RUN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our puppy loves coming here to see Dr. Kamboj! Her tail is always wagging walking to and inside the clinic.
The staff here are professional, kind, and take great care of your pets.
We always leave feeling like we got the best of care.
Edit: Edited to update my review to say Kelsey is also amazing here!! The team at Greystone is the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seniors beware. I am a low income senior in Burnaby. Recently, I took my cat to Greystone because she was getting sick and not eating. The Vet gave her an examination to find the problem. After the blood test came back he determined that she had an infection and prescribed antibiotics to give her. I believe he over charged me, the bill was $931.88 not including the medicine, which was charged to my credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Editing my review from 5 to 1 stars. Had an awful experience with their doctor. After requesting the records from my previous vet to continue my dog on his medication, the doctor denied to issue a prescription and wanted me to redo all the exams and assessments, was rude to me on the phone and hang on my face. I was wrong in my first review. Front desk service is great tho.

I take my dogs here for emergencies and to shop for their very specialized food (due to allergies). They are great, front desk people are super nice, there are no big waiting lines and the place is super clean. The doctors are clearly interested in their work and have passion for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been here multiple times now for our dachshund. Everything from regular checkups to what we felt was an emergency (which the Dr correctly diagnosed as him having eaten some cannabis) to most recently a diagnosis of pancreatitis, with the resulting tests indicating early stage kidney failure.
Dr. Kamboj has always been thorough and caring, but has never once made us feel we're being upsold on unnecessary treatments or medications. The nurses are likewise very professional and friendly.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a first time pet owner and a new parent they were kind pleasant. They explained proceedures before hand. They explained the medication and how to administer and explained the after care. They even call to check up on the fur-patient.
They really take care of you and they take care of your pet.

All the staff are helpful and friendly and make Bella feel relaxed and safe no matter what she's there for - not to mention there's always treats and she loves the cat too. We have recommended Greystone Animal Hospital to all our friends with confidence.
