Terrible hours. This became our new post office and if you work during the day it leaves only a short time frame to get your stuff. The store is too small to find anything but the bare basics for a drugstore.

Nice, clean well light and very friendly staff. I have always had a pleasant experience with this little neighborhood pharmacy. I feel I am welcomed. I am always greeted. The best part the staff calls me by my first name. Miguel and Elaine are very helpful and friendly. Great job! This is now my fav pharmacy! Zakir Somani

I have used this place a couple of times since it is near home. Great service for an independent retailers. I was not given the option of having the brand name medication instead was given generic twice. They do not stock a variety of syringe and needle sizes which is problematic for some. I have ordered some as I considered bringing my familys business here but nobody returned my call nor did they bother to try. They have an email but cannot seem go figure out how to enable clientele to email personal information in a more secure manor. I send personal info like prescriptions using firefox send but they claim they cannot open the file. I deal with many pharmacies and this one in particular could not grasp the concept or importance of security. With the lack of security in email it only makes me wonder what third parties are getting my information if I download the app. I will not download the app and will only come here if I need too. Disease transmission and prevention: As for physical distancing and protective measure in place during a pandemic there is no free hand sanitizer or masks required/ provided to wear in store. The pharmacist does not wear a mask nor do they wash their hands in front of customers after touching multiple surfaces. There are some plexiglas barriers near the cash registers near the front and back of gjr store. I believe this place has potential and could improve in these areas. Especially since there is a building close buy who had an outbreak of Sars-covid-19. I think it is safe to assume that this is where clients in that building go to get their medications. They do leave the door open for better air circulation which is nice but I do not see any super hepa air filtration anywhere. I will be going back again to check up again on if safer practices are implemented. I will also investigate more their statement on their website that reads "...Since being founded in 1981, Pharmasave has focused on building a national platform of community-based retail outlets designed to provide exceptional patient-centred healthcare, medication advice, drug store products and customer service. (I did not feel this customer service at all)Each Pharmasave store operates independently to serve its individual community, with programs and services tailored to the needs of the consumers( what are these programs and services tailored to me) and a commitment to helping all customers(I have not felt genuine help here as of yet). Giving back to the community is a core value at Pharmasave( what exactly are they giving back??). Pharmasave proudly supports what matters in communities because communities matter to Pharmasave.(this is a vague statement, what exactly matters to you pharmasave? More importantly what exactly matters to your community? ) I will follow up with this company on various levels to let others know what it is this retail outlets core values are and what they have done to prove it since 1981. I will change my rating accordingly. Right now. All I can spare is the sense I got over the past 3 visits.

Elaine and Miguel get top points from me. They always remember our names and our prescriptions, and are always so friendly. I've never had a pharmacy experience like this one. Nowhere else in the retail world do I get treated this well!!

Elaine is always helpful. Miguel is guaranteed to put me on hold if I call, or make me wait even if I'm the only person in line. He must be dedicated to his work! A good little pharmacy; opens late and closes a bit early though.

I called 3 times to confirm someone would be able to give me my fathers prescription. He has cancer and requires water pills. I had to rush out of work to make it to their early close time of 6:30, so I called 3 times to make sure someone was kindly able to wait an extra 10-15 minutes after closing. I dont expect people to stay behind but I called to make sure someone was able to make an exception as he really needs these pills. I was told β€œno problem just knock on the door.” I would have happily compensated for the extra Time and I felt terrible that I had to make someone stay behind. I made it through rush hour traffic and called on the phone to prepay ahead of time. I got there in the exact time frame I had confirmed on the phone and knocked on the door and called several times. Nobody was there. now I have to call the emergency and try and get a prescription filled elsewhere Have a great weekend.
