β β β β β Ivan did a fantastic job of repairing our condo concrete floor that was full of deep spider type cracks. The original option was to jack hammer and replace. I called Ivan and he completed a major epoxy repair that was better than new concrete!! And at a fraction of the replacement cost. I highly recommend you reach out to them before you move forward.
