★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving this place 1 star is generous. We had an appointment to view a suite and when we arrived the lady told us it's no longer available. They had just rented it to the people who viewed before us. Didn't bother to call or e-mail us which was a MAJOR inconvenience since my partner and I both left work to make this viewing. Completely unprofessional and Lidia was extremely rude to us in the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tucked away in beautiful nature. Clean cozy and affordable. Walking distance to skytrain,mall,grocery stores,parks, and schools. Secure underground with a lot of visitor parking above ground. Great community of residents always engaged in at least saying hello to other another. Laundry rooms affordable and new. Great place to live especially because there is an outdoor pool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing about this apartment is good, Constant construction and way overpriced. (Drilling into concrete weekly, Near impossible if you work from home). We have had 2 floods in our apartment, Very old building. It has been 5 months and they still have not fixed the wall. They raise the rent every chance they get, don't even bother. Mold on all the windows, disgusting building.
