★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay and Nicole are the dream team! We've been at Horizons for a few years now and Jay has always been very responsive to our needs and keeps great care of the building. Both always so pleasant to deal with :)
..On the other hand, not sure who in management is in charge of updating the rules for our pool as covid restrictions lift but I and the rest of the building are very frustrated with the short hours. We pay for a pool that after a long day of work we should be able to use! Its outdoors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived horizon tower Burnaby apartment for 5 years and I have seen many property manager and service maintenance personnel come and go in this period of time.
I'm reluctant to leave review for any good or bad
But I would like to share my experience because
I have received very impressive service from Jay who is working as an assistant manager duty.
He and her wife offer excellent service all the time
Their service mind towards residents were very different from others, I just say shortly "impressive".
Whenever I need them to fix something, they are infront of door in minutes and they are friendly too.
I'm happy to live with them at the same building with peace of mind.
Once again I would like to thank Jay and his wife from the bottom of my heart

The location is great and the New Manager Nicole is excellent always willing to help. Five stars to the entire team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to see Jay and Nicole as our new managers as they deserve this and more . They truly care about the residents and the building. Jay has been to our apartment to fix several things and always goes above and beyond expectations. We have a new born baby and Jay barely makes a sound when he's doing repairs. Thankful to have managers like them . They actually know how to see problems and they deal with issues in a timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved in and I cannot fault any of the team... they have been soooooo accommodating and understanding to me and my family's needs right from the out set. They are warm and caring.
I can only say that they are simply the best tenant's team I have come across in Canada... by far...
So far, if I've need any help or advise they have been there for me like a family. They actually
hear, understand and respond to yr needs.
Overall, they make you, as a tenant, feel safe and secure.
Thankyou dearly to Nicole, Jay, Walker, D'Arcy, Peliay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife have been living here for 2 years, when we moved to Vancouver. We were very impressed by the level of service you get from the caretakers of the complex. Jay and Nicole do a fantastic job running the place. They are always very responsive to any issues and are very friendly. And it shows the premises is well-kept.
On top of the that the location is great right in the heart of Metrotown and the building is pet friendly, lots of pet owners reside here, which was great for us.
I would strongly recommend renting here.
