★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arbour place (Earlier Park view Towers) , is one of the best place to live in this locality.
I moved here last year from another near by rental place and it was an amazing move and stay until date.
Management + support staff s are very responsive and supportive.
They go extra mile to resolve the genuine issues.
I definitely recommend this place to others looking for rental apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I lived here for two years and the location is what makes this place shine. During the pandemic, we didn't need to take the car anywhere since everything is within walking distance - grocery stores, Metrotown mall, restaurants, you name it! The second best thing is the management. They are great at communicating and also helping out when there was a problem! I felt welcomed when we first moved in and always felt comfortable to visit the office if I had any questions or concerns. Would recommend to anyone who wants to live in a very convenient location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are nice and which you would expect for the price, but there is construction that is happening non stop which is a nightmare for anyone working from home, which my wife does. Also they have actively taken away parking since I've been here and have given no alternative. They even made an entirely new parking area for a second building but refuse to give their tenants any parking area. As a result of this people have started to park everywhere on the building grounds making it feel unsafe and look terrible. It doesn't seem to be asking for too much to pay my building to use the parking spaces and not have to walk a kilometer in the rain but seemingly that is impossible.
