We have been working with Mr. Rod Fram for 14 years and with Transpacific since it was formed. Rod and Transpacific have exceeded our expectation on managing our properties. They keep us informed of all activities while at the same time dealing with all the issues of managing our properties independently. They have a vast knowledge of real estate and always have a solution for any challenges we may have.

I have known the staff at Transpacific for the past 5 years. During this time I have found them to be pro-active and responsive. I have also found them to be both fair and practical in coming up with solutions to difficult problems. I would have no hesitation with recommending Transpacific to a landlord who is looking for a company to manage their Real Estate Investment.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, more specifically Gary Stuttard. I should be reporting him for his actions and how shady this individual is. Almost ended up using their services, but thankfully I did not. Beware, they are only worried about taking your money and ripping you off. He offers no sound advice and his knowledge of real estate is extremely poor. Use another reputable company which is concerned about you and your property, not just looking to make a quick buck like Gary Stuttard does.

I reached out to Transpacific Realty recently and they were able to offer some very helpful advice regarding my current lease situation. They took a meeting with me on short notice and answered all my questions in great detail. I found their advice to be extremely valuable and their team to be generous with their time. It was much appreciated!

My business had been operating for over 26 years, and I've worked closely with Rod Fram for nearly 20 years. Rod's standard of professionalism & integrity and his passion for the property management industry drew my business to Transpacific 7 years ago. I've worked with many property management companies in the past, but none match the level of service provided by Transpacific. Transpacific skillfully manages all my property management needs, and I look forward to my continuing relationship with Rod and his talented staff. Wes Chowen President Wesley M. I know Rod Fram on a personal level as he is a client of our design firm. Rod is a very level headed person, very easy to get along with and has a great sense of humour. He understands the value that professionals bring certain situations and is a pleasure to work with. He pays his bills on time, is decisive, detail oriented and questions things when they seem out of sorts. I am confident that his demeanour as a client of mine would translate into the way he does business as owner of Transpacific Realty Advisors. Other very trusted real estate developer clients of ours also hold Rod in high regard, which to me speaks wonders. Highly recommended! Rob Gallop Owner/Controller Sarah Gallop Design Inc.

My family and I viewed a rental property managed by Transpacific Realty last weekend. Eddy, who was the property manager, seemed extremely excited to have us as tenants, and essentially guaranteed us an approval on the spot. He implied that we were the only interested party. We submitted our rental application shortly after. As this was our first time dealing with a property management company (versus the landlord directly), we had some extra questions and hesitations. When we submitted our application, we also asked Eddy if he could provide us with some sort of documentation confirming that Transpacific Realty was the designated property management company assigned to rent out this property. As background information, Eddy did not have a business card at the time of the showing, and while that wasn't a big deal to us, it raised a small red flag. We just wanted to be sure that we were renting a legitimate property from a legitimate company. Eddy immediately became dismissive and borderline rude, and essentially told us that he couldn't provide us with any documentation. We wanted to get in contact with Eddy to further clarify our request, but any subsequent emails and calls were ignored. We inquired about this separately with a professional in the industry, and was advised that while our request was generally uncommon, as tenants we have the right to this information. We understood that perhaps we were being overly cautious, however we believed that this was a reasonable request as potential tenants, especially with the increase in rental scams nowadays. Since our attempts at contacting Eddy were ignored, we reached out to Rod, the president. He was immediately apologetic and told us that he'd look into it. A day later, we received no follow up from Rod, but instead received an email from Eddy simply telling us that he'd be renting the property out to someone else. I truly wanted to give Transpacific Realty the benefit of the doubt, but we can't help but assume that the reason our application was suddenly denied was because we asked an extra question, or what may have been "extra work" for Eddy to look into. Overall, we just felt extremely disrespected and dismissed. From being extremely excited to rent the property to us, to declining our application with no further explanation and apparently no other interested parties in line, the only explanation was that Transpacific Realty simply didn't want to put in the extra work it would take to address our concern. If this situation was any indication of how they would treat us in the future if we were to become tenants (dismissive of our concerns), then we are better off not renting from Transpacific Realty. It's unfortunate and disappointing because we were truly excited to rent the property.
