I am in my early 30s and have been facing thinning and balding since I was 18. I have always just shaved my head or wore a ball cap, but now with this incredible option, I now have a full head of hair. Not only do I have a full head of hair, I am more confident and happy with my appearance as a person in whole. Would not have been possible without hair clubs assistance. The hair stylists and staff are always up beat, and positive - making it even more enjoyable coming in for my appointments.

I ordered my product in the month of May this year and started paying installments from that month itself but i havent received my product yet , though its been almost 6 months but even the staff has no clue when my product would arrive...And they wont even refund my money nor would give me any ETA.. Total Scam .....and a complete rip off

I came into the office and was instantly greeted with friendly and compassionate staff. Mojdeh, the manager provided the right plan that would work for me. It has been three months and I could start telling the difference from the initial appointment with the products provided and the advice given on how to use them. The staff are positive and are genuinely as excited as I am to see the results. Thank you Hair Club for your wonderful team and for making me feel good inside and out. I will be a long term client for sure!

I went for a free consultation to maintain my hair condition as is, signed up for membership but canceled within 3 business days as per my contract. They fully refunded me all the money without asking me a single question. This was my first experience with hair club, and to be honest I was very much impressed by Mojdeh’s management. Brooke was my consultant and educated me about the program and helped me feel comfortable to go back again when I am ready.

The staff is good and service is ok (that's why 2 starts) but their products are of very poor quality. I got xtrands+ from them on 6 months package. Now I have better understanding of this hair replacement thing so I know what was not done properly. They try to manipulate the poor quality of hair systems with different reasons to justify why the product didn't met the expectation. One can get better system with much lower price if search other places.

At 2nd time my new hairstylist had me wait for at least 30 min past my appointment time followed by non-stop awkward and frankly highly irrelevant questions like "if I'm a college student". Not wanting to book with the first two stylists, I had to wait an additional week to book a time for today. Something urgent has come up for me and your receptionists offered July 11th the earliest. I'm clearly disappointed with the turn of events at the Hairclub. If you don't have availabilities for providing the service, hire more staff or don't take on new clients until you do.

Hair club has helped me find the right products to help my hair and given me hope for the future! I went in feeling hopeless lacked confidence distraught and sad. I started their program and seeing sprigs of hair grow in the last month! The shampoo and laser is incredible I wish I found out about this sooner..i wasted so much money on other products. I am excited to get my hair back and feel confident again! I highly recommend this to anyone struggling with hair loss!
