★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On multiple occasions they would walk in to our apartment with out any notice. One of those occasions they gave us 2 completely different reasons for coming in with out notice both of which were not valid. The management is also very incompetent and the bigger fellow is the one who’s lied to us. Also the apartment was in really bad condition when we moved in not worth it. Consider elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohamad and Jasmine have been a great help in the last month since moving into my apartment. There were a few very minor snags during move in that they helped resolve right away, and have been very responsive to all questions or concerns. Would absolutely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not responsive at all it's more than a month they can not update my lease agreement. Every time I contact, they simply say we sent to head office and waiting to receive. On the other hand requesting maintenance through portal takes weeks to be processed and done?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in this building for 3 years. The staff are super friendly and responsive. They are very supportive and help you whenever there is a problem in the building. There is a functional portal that you can simply request any fixing or change services. The apartment is safe and peaceful and most of the shared spaces are equipped with the cameras. It is very close to main shopping center and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this building.
