L	Lynxie Elmore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see Dr Dai and he's a very good care provider, he's always listened to my concerns and takes a very forward thinking approach to my needs, anytime I've advocated for myself and my concerns he has listened to me and given me options and facts. Yes, sometimes the clinic runs behind when you go in person, but I always leave feeling heard and well informed about my options, it is worth the wait if you can manage the time.
M	M. D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been seeing Dr. Dai for the past 4 years and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. He listens and is compassionate, doesn’t just try to give a random prescription to get you out of there. He remembers to follow up, follows thru his words and I believe he tries his best to help, to find a solution, and is open to listening and trying new suggestions. He is punctual, which is super rare in the “medical appointment field”, I have never experienced another doctor as punctual as him. His receptionists are not the best but they’ve improved over the years. I believe it’s a two way street, you can’t expect to be treated well if you do not show them any respect. Sometimes I believe it’s language or culture barrier, but they’ve been helpful when I’ve had to call the office, unlike other offices that just puts you on hold forever and sometimes just hangs up or don’t even answer the phone. The previous location was better in terms of parking, but now that there’s telemedicine it’s not an issue. I’m glad to have Dr. Dai as my family doctor!

C	Chris Pawliuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude receptionist, they have two numbers you call one and they never answer (I tried on 5 different occasions) you call the other and they tell you walk in clinic visits should call the other number. Rude lady on the phone then would not accept my doctor referral because it had been a month (I had gotten sick with covid) and so I ended up having to book a second phone call for a condition which can’t possibly be diagnosed over the phone. Customer service is not a factor for this place.

As well Pippen has been someone who I have hoped for, we have our whole family even my granddaughter to see her...Thank you all

We are very impressed by the detail work of Michelle Zheng as well. All procedures are clear and good timely manner.
