Q	Qiaoyi Tong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.zhang is the rudest person I ever met in Vancouver. I had a phone appointment with her to discuss my recent pregnancy , I did not get any respect , or any support from her. She does not listen to me, I had a very hard time to communicate with her , instead she yelled at me on the phone ask me to find OB by myself, because my pregnancy has nothing to do with her . Please stay away with this place much as possible, u won't get any help from here.
K	Ko Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went to see Doctor Gu for a deep thumb wart that she has had for a few years. Initially, he recommended a dermatologist. My wife went there twice and burned off a quarter of her thumb twice but with no good results. The dermatologist said he could not help her. She then went back to Doctor Gu and asked for alternative therapies and recommendations. He said that people come in all the time and get the same therapies of burning, cryo or laser which work. He was agitated at my wife for wanting an alternative. If your finger was partially burned off and the dermatologist said he cant do no more. He cant do no more. I'm sure the dermatologist is more specialized in this field than Doctor Gu. We searched online and an alternative was medicinal shots since the wart is deep inside. I do not recommend uncaring doctors like Doctor Gu at all. Not everything works for everyone and as a doctor, it is your job to find out what works. If you just want quick money, get easy diagnoses, and go home early, please don't work here. As a Canadian, you are supposed to truly care about people. As a doctor, you gave an oath to put patients first. I hope one day, Doctor Gu will remember that.
R	Rachel Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a phone consultation at 11:50AM today, and when I booked an appointment, the receptionist told me that I have to book a phone consultation before going in for a physical appointment. The doctor was supposed to call me, however, it has been more an hour and the doctor did not call me. I called the clinic twice already and the receptionist would always delay it saying the doctor will call me later. The second time I called the clinic, I could clearly hear the doctor's voice at the back to tell the receptionist to delay it, because she has appointment with other patients. So I cancelled the appointment and the receptionist seemed happy to hear that I cancelled it, I will not go to this clinic again. Terrible service, I do not recommend going to this clinic.

Today, they did not even want to look at my hand wound. Sorry for the Canadian healthcare system .
E	Eric T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor that we visit is good. Our doctor is patient, attentive, and answers all of our questions adequately as well as providing good advice. The reason for a 1 star review is due to the extremely poor client service that we received from the receptionist. The older lady receptionist is generally never friendly, but during our most recent visit, the level of service given by her was so awful that it compelled me to leave this 1 star review. I hope that this clinic either gets new receptionists or at least train the existing ones to actually show a bit more care to the patients.
D	Dandy Lion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is generally quick and pleasant over the phone and in-person while the wait time can range from 15 min to 1 hr with appointment. Paperwork for referrals and special requests are done with info relayed back at a timely manner. Appointments with particular doctors depends on their set working days, posted on the monthly calendar at the reception area. Areas and the many rooms are clean and roomy; especially for seniors or with disabilities. As a patient of Dr. Lee, I transferred to this location when he relocated here. At times that he is unavailable, the other doctors are slightly more abrupt but still attentive to give care. Underground parking is rather snug, while there's metered street parking in front and on the side street.
b	boringbob bobby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst service especially the receptionists. Not friendly, not professional and quite incompetent. They do not communicate to the patients that the doctor was not able to make a call and literally make you call them an hour later only to find out your appointment got pushed. If I could give -10 stars I would.

Reception staff are extremely rude and sometimes they do not have sufficient English to communicate clearly about appointment times and procedures. Multiple times they have given me the wrong date or time for my appointment and or confused me with another family member. Dr.Amy Huang is never on time -- even before the pandemic, wait time would range between 40 mins to more than an hour. Dr.Zhang is a whole another level of a mess. Complaint filed. If you are not Chinese or do not speak Cantonese or Mandarin, this place and the doctors will not provide you with proper care.
