I needed to find a new physiotherapist as I had sciatica. I booked here, base on positive reviews and I'm certainly glad I did. The online booking system is easy to use and the staff are great. They even have a app for your phone for the exercises, that includes video instruction, as well as a timer, which I found extremely helpful. Christina my physiotherapist was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, asked all the right questions, did a thorough assessment, and was able to get me back running very quickly. Christina was great for following up and as well, I got great information from her. I will definitely book with her again and highly recommend her and the clinic.

My family doctor referred me to Central Park Physio after my car accident. I was skeptical at first as I had some bad experience in the past. I am so glad I took my doctor's advise. I was treated by Annie since Nov of last year and I am slowly recovering. Initially I was in so much pain I couldn't sit or stand for long but with the exercises Annie taught me I am slowly regaining some motion in my back and shoulder. Annie is so knowledgeable and she did a thorough assessment to make sure my nerves are not damaged and re-assured me. It was very difficult when you are in constant pain after the accident but with the help of Annie I can slowly live a pain free life again! I cannot appreciate her more and would recommend her to anyone who needs physio treatment!

I was going through horrible experiences with my employer, WorkSafeBC, the general healthcare system, etc., and feeling pretty hopeless. Someone recommended physio, specifically Central Park Physiotherapy to me, and I went in kinda skeptical, because I thought physio was mostly just gym-type stuff that I have already been doing. The receptions were kind, understanding, and helpful, and Stephen actually wanted to listen to my situation, went over with me all the motions that I have been doing (what I should keep doing as is, keep doing with modifications, stop doing for now, etc.), spends our time treating me with techniques that I cannot possibly and/or effectively do myself, and continues to teach me things that I can practice outside our appointments to heal and maintain my progress. For once, I am actually recovering. I almost forgot what it feels like to have the care, treatment, and encouragement of people who genuinely want and work to get you better

I have been a patient at Central Park off and on for more than 10 years. I can't say enough positive things about my experience there. The staff are always caring, knowledgeable, honest, efficient, trustworthy, hard working, and cordial. They go the extra mile in providing service for their patients. If one is looking for a great Physiotherapist, look no further than Central Park. I attended at a number of different Physio clinics before I discovered Central Park, and since then, I have never had the urge to go anywhere else. They are top notch in every way.

Going for physiotherapy with Samuel Ngo. He is amazing, very friendly and comfortable. He treated my leg pain in two sessions which was going on for many years. I do recommend to go for physiotherapy with Samuel and would like to thank him for his excellent service. Moreover, the clinic is very nice and the staff provides great client service and satisfaction.

Physiotherapist: Christopher Dong This is my first time going to physio in my 25+ years of career life. I didn’t know how to find a good clinic so relied on my family doctor for a referral. So glad I did that. I had a very positive experience with Christopher. He was able to alleviate the chronic pain I was experiencing in my shoulder very quickly. Shortly after starting physio, I was able to stop taking the prescription pain meds my doctor had prescribed. I have resumed my daily activities with no pain/discomfort and have even gotten back to playing tennis. I’m so happy with my results that I now take my teenage son to Christopher to treat his sports-related injury. Thanks Chris!

Going to physiotherapy with Annie has been one of my best experiences with physiotherapists. I originally went in for tendinitis in my wrist, but have since been attending vestibular physiotherapy with her to recover from long-term symptoms from post-concussion syndrome. I was thrilled to find that the person who could aide me with my recovery was right in front of me. It has only been a few months of working with Annie, and I have already felt a huge difference. Would highly recommend booking sessions at this clinic!

Michael was fantastic! I went to other physiotherapy clinics in the past and felt they just wanted to ensure I kept getting treatment in which the visits were not really necessary. Michael was the opposite by providing knowledge and routines required to help my recovery at home. I never felt pressured to book unnecessary appointments and Michael effectively used the appointments that were booked. Great facility and highly recommend Michael as your next physiotherapist! Cheers...
