★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to visit Dr Genest for severe pain in my shoulder and back. Was sent for x-rays. X-ray requisition was not sent to Brooks radiology a requested. Made a follow up appointment as per Dr Genest's Instructions. Confirmed with the receptionIst who gave me a piece of paper with the appointment date. I even followed up on the Monday to confirm there were no changes. On Thursday I drive 45 minutes in to see the doctor to find nobody there. I was in complete pain with still no results of my x-rays. NObidy phoned me to cancel the appointment or anything. I call on the Monday to find out what happened and the receptionist first of all is not even listening to me. Then when I repeat what happened twice she is rude with me. 30+ years and im finding a new doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother. One of the secretaries cost me 8000 dollars in missed flights because she didn't feel like faxing my refill request after my pharmacy faxed it 8 times in 3 days.
