★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE ! ! ! This pharmacy wants you to pay for medications covered by insurance. Very shady practices. Was forced to go to pharmacy at another part of town to pick up medications that never needed to be paid from out of pocket. I have a feeling they are just trying to take advantage of all the patients from the doctors office next door, as well as the weak and ill informed. Beware !! There are many pharmacies on Kingsway the most convenient option is not always the best! Have a great day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's generally busy. If you book early, there's no wait time but if you book for the afternoon, you'll be waiting am hour to see the doctor. It's good the pharmacy is in the same shop. Dr. Tam is retiring soon, and the other Dr doesn't accept ICBC and WCB claims.

The pharmacy side has a strong stock of items and the pharmacist Peter is great for making conversation with (...if he is not busy.) I picked up eye drops and a back-up inhailer.
Super busy clinic now. They told me to temporarily stop referring patients as they are super backed up.. and it definetly looked that way with all the children and elderly waiting. I just call in early and just arrive for the appointment a bit early.
But yeah a downside is they do not accept ICBC/WCB claims. I go to a walk in clinic for those.
Dr. Seto is a pretty great doctor. He definetly helped me resolve my health issues. He always seems to have something interesting to say!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 2 gentlemen I encountered were so friendly, and welcoming. I had such a pleasant experience getting my vaccine from the doctor. I was a little nervous, and the first dose was really painful for me when I went somewhere else; he made it a painless and easy process. Thanks!
