E	Er Ml on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like my doctor here but the front office staff need to step it up. I was told I would be called back the following day about an issue and I never was. They just waited until I got frustrated enough to call back again myself. When I finally called, they had the information I was waiting on, they had just never bothered to call me. No apology, not even a rushed 'sorry bout that'. :/

I called and was told that I am on waiting list and that they will call me again when they are available to set up another appointment! Ridiculous! The receptionist even mentioned that it was not only me who had this kind of issue! The management should fix this! Do not waste your time like I did.

I had already been through the waitlist and had an appointment booked by a live person on the phone at your clinic. Do not respond to this review stating you don't recognize my name - I have a different name on Google. My appointment was to be on Friday, June 10th at 12 pm. Figure it out.] This clinic rescheduled my appointment 3 times, the first time with only a couple of hours notice and the last time being rebooked over a week after the original date booked. When I asked for the reason, they stated they were doing this because "new patients are being booked at specific times on specific days" or something. This is really not an appropriate reason to jerk people around like this. I booked an appointment because I am unwell and need medical care. I asked them to simply cancel my appointment at this point because I don't want to visit a clinic with such disorganized and negligent practices.

At first, it was not clear that my booked appointment was, actually, for a waitlist. Almost a month after this misunderstanding, I had the chance to go to the clinic and it was very pleasant. From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was kind and thoughtful.
