Worst Doctor ever he doesn't care about his patients, only cares about cash money, not at all professional

Terrible experience, the receptionist was beyond rude over the phone and was not empathetic at all. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and was called today to be informed that the doctor wants to "leave early" for the weekend and that I have to reschedule, since I already took the time off work I said that I was sorry and wanted to keep the appointment as I need to pick up prescriptions before the weekend. The lady on the phone told me that I cannot come in today and would have to come in next week because the doctor wants to leave. She hung up and never called me back. This is completely unethical and unprofessional. This is my health, not your long weekend. I will never go here and I will be making a complaint with the BC College of Physicians. I can't even believe we pay MSP for this sort of treatment.

This Doctor is definitely shady. He is cash hungry. Takes cash from seniors while in the examining rooms and slips it into his pocket. Charges triple price for a form to seniors (200 cash) that’s what he asks. Again slips it into his pocket. Beware. I was warned he doesn’t even have a proper Doctors licence. Shame on him. No morals taking cash money. Then turns around and charges the government for the patients visit. It’s no wander he takes lovely vacations. All on the expense of his patients.

This doctor is shady and he is definetly money hungry. Went here with my sister and he was disgusting. He asks for money right away and doesn't know how to do his job. Very unsanitary, doesnt change his gloves and clumsy-Horrible doctor, stay away. It says females are accompanied when seeing the doctor but none. I don't recommend anyone going there because he makes his patients feel very uncomfortable. I do get the vibes that he sexually assaults his patients. Not proper,safe and sanitary. Wait is terribly long as well even if you book an appointment.

The doctor will see you 2-3 hours late from the time of your appointment. All the clients are waiting long hours(seriously, even during COVID-19 season?????) Very "un-Canadian service"!!!!!

DO NOT COME HERE!! BEWARE!! YOU WILL WAIT 2+ HOURS FOR A 5 MIN TASK THAT WONT GET DONE PROPERLY. NEVER COME TO THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. BEWARE.

My finger was bleeding while in the reception area and the receptionist was cribbing about the appointment. I asked for a band-aide and it felt like a huge mistake. She was so reluctant to even provide a band-aide! And told me to book an appointment and come back later. Pathetic!

Ultra unprofessional, rude and non apologetic reception staff. Both of these Fiji females are so rude and non patient centric. I am having a severe allergic reaction from last 7 days. Had been calling to book an appointment but the reception ladies are always rude and kept pushing me forward by saying that there’s no slot in the coming days. Finally I went to the hospital and the doctor said that I having a severe reaction and gave me some prescription only drugs and cream to apply. Went to the hospital again after 3 days as was not getting the relief, he changed the meds and sent my report to this family doctor clinic of mine. I received a call from the ladies here and was asked to discuss my report with the doctor. I told them that I want to see the doctor at the earliest because of my condition and they booked me for 2 days later. When I was waiting at the reception on my appointment date, 2 other patients were sent to the doctor before me, when they both arrived after me at the clinic. When I asked these ladies in which order are they sending patients in, both of them got so loud and said that your’s is not an emergency, its just a discussion. I asked them not to raise their voice and asked how could you just being a receptionist judge my condition? These people needs to be polite with every patient because they don’t know what a patient can be going through; however, later they both told me to leave if I cannot patiently wait. I left without even seeing my doctor and my condition is still bad. Such people don’t deserve to be here and serving the community. We get this MSP from the government; however, the staff here is just not appropriate for this role. Would definitely be making a complaint to BC College of Physicians. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WON’T BE TREATING YOU WELL.
