Staff here are very nice and very helpful. Their shop had a huge selection of latex/mylar/bubble balloons for every occasion there is. They were happy to fill the balloons I brought them and they looked beautiful as decorations for the special occasion dinner I had tonight. I was actually expecting my request to have these 4 16" balloons filled, to be denied. But the staff were happy to Helium fill them with Hi-Float included when they found out the brand was Qualatex and a company that they sell. THEY DO NOT Hi-Float customer's own balloons if you cannot prove where they came from, or if they came from a Dollar Store, which greatly affects the Float Time. I 100% support that policy. :)

Balloon Studio is AMAZING! I got news 5 days before an event that the decorator couldn't get balloons made for our 80's themed party. Balloon Studio stepped up with immediate and fantastic customer service, working with our last minute request to get the right look and feel that still fell within budget. They delivered above and beyond what I could have expected. Thank you SO much for saving the day!

Hubby got me Balloons for my 28th! They've lasted 3 weeks and are still flying high! Amazing quality Balloons for any occasion 10/10 thanks for making my day special!

The most awful disappointing experience. Dropped off dirty balloons with a light base plate that made the balloons keep tipping over. The owner took no fault and said never to call back again. I will never use this company again . I do not recommend.

I placed an order of 4 bundles of balloons with JC Balloon Studio on March 6th, 2022. Before I placed the order, I chatted with their Customer Support through the chat function of their website to confirm that they would be able to deliver the balloons to my unit in the apartment building, and I emphasized that they could leave them outside the door in a contactless manner. The customer support representative confirmed that they could do that, and with that reassurance, I then placed my order. Unfortunately, the delivery ended up being a big disappointment and a very frustrating experience. Around the time of the delivery window, I received a phone call from their staff Heather telling me that their driver wasn't able to reach me after attempting to call my phone multiple times and pressing my buzz code at the building intercom multiple times. As a result, the driver left the balloons at the lobby instead of delivering them to my unit. What Heather said was totally untrue because I didn't receive any phone calls or intercom calls. When I expressed my disappointment to Heather that they didn't honour their delivery promise in the online chat, Heather told me the driver had no idea what the staff at the customer support chat told me and I should have somehow linked the chat transcript with my online order when I placed the order online. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, Heather actually blamed me for flaws in their internal system. If there is anything I needed to do to receive this door-to-door delivery service, I would expect the customer support representative to tell me in the chat, but all they said was to remember to include my buzz code in the order, which I did and even included how to take the balloons up to my unit door. I even forwarded the online chat transcript e-mail to Heather as a proof. The driver later called me back and he said their policy is not to deliver to individual unit. Now that there is no longer any mask requirement in public space in the province, I find it hard to accept that they are still using COVID as an excuse to not deliver to individual units. The 2 stars rating is given just for the accurate photo and written description of the bouquets of balloons. Over the "blame the customer" attitude of the staff at JC Balloon Studio turned the already disappointing delivery experience into a complete customer service failure.
