I am beyond impressed with the customer service that Dylan has provided me and my family. His cheerful, professional, patient and attention to detail has made my shopping experience at ToysRUs - Metrotown an extremely satisfying experience. Dylan was extremely busy but took the time to assist me in finding the perfect gifts for my indecisive kids. He was so patient and helpful. I am so impressed with his knowledge of the toys in the store. He went above and beyond to create returning customers. I spoke to the Director, Jenn and she was so humble and kind. I truly believe in order to have a group of great staff, the leader needs to be praised for her/his leadership skill. Great job, Jenn. I will definitely recommend shopping at the ToysRUs Metrotown location to my friends, co-workers, and family. Thank you for your outstanding service again, Dylan and keep up the excellent work. I absolutely love this store. The staff (Dylan, Nathan and Mackayla) and Director (Jennifer) are awesome. I started shopping at ToysRus Metrotown not too long ago and am so amazed with the level of customer service this store has provided me. Dylan, Nathan and Mackayla are also so friendly, helpful and patient with their customers. They are so knowledge about their products. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I had the most excellent service from Dylan and Nathan yesterday. I was at ToysRUs - Metrotown shopping for some birthday gifts but encountered a gift card issue. My gift card was double charged due to system error โ€œofflineโ€AGAIN. Dylan and Nathan were very calm and patient dealing with this matter. Their friendly professionalism and attention to detail has made my shopping experience from a โ€œnot so goodโ€ to the most satisfying experience. Whereas some other people in customer service might have taken lightly or dismissed somewhat trivial customer feedback, Dylan and Nathan can relate with empathy and takes action to rectify the situation, even when it was not directly asked for. They have gone above and beyond his call of duty in order to create loyal returning customers. Thank you for your outstanding service, Dylan and Nathan keep up the excellent work. ToysRUs Head Office: Please try to resolve this ongoing โ€œoff lineโ€ gift card error as soon as possible. Thank you!

Worst return experience ever. We return a giant Nerf gun to the metrotown location because it was defective. The staff started to assemble the gun in front of us, so I ask the staff what is going on. They said with every return that was open, they need to know why the item is not working for themselves. I said we don't have time to wait for you to put this together. They said this is what they have to do. I was angry with the policy and sad for the staff who have to put the toy together. The staff took awhile to put it together, she started to feel anxious as the line up got longer, as she was keying in the transaction her hand was shaking and I told her to take her time because I felt bad for her. It was a waste of time for everyone, me, the staff, the people in line. It's like buying a furniture at IKEA and they have to put it together before they return it. Ridiculous. Treat your staff and customer better, she could have gotten hurt from assembling the item.

If there was a zero star I would love to give their Customer Service A BIG ZERO. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Their Manager is very rude, disrespectful and uneducated lady who doesnโ€™t know how to behave and talk to their customers. I had dream Baby step for my daughter which I bought on last Friday and it was small for my 2 years old daughter and had to bring it back to return and get a 2-Up step but the manager rudely refused to exchange it. In just 2 days she is saying its already used and they cannot exchange it. Toys R us should change their policy or should change uneducated and rude managers like this lady. Thanks!

Amazing service from Ana and Edna, My wife and I are having our second child and they where both so helpful with our first daughter in the past we just had to come back. Both of them where so knowledgeable about everything we would need for our second and we left happy knowing we where prepared for the baby, it was really nice to see some familiar and friendly faces. My wife and I will definitely be recommending both of them to anyone we know
