My parents also said the delivery was great because they called beforehand. I used to order my balloons from another place but I'll be ordering from one up party from now on! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I have to say I’ve reached out several balloon stores in vancouver and they all not to my standard, slow response and ridiculous price with bad designs…. THANK GOD I FOUND ONEUP, overall an incredible shopping experience. The staff were so helpful and they had just what I needed to make our pictures look amazing. They have very trendy balloons that are elegant and charming yet whimsical... reasonable price, wow all around :) a ton of people asked me where I got items and I happily told my friends to check them out... I know a visit to this store will brighten your day and make your event the best!! Have fun!

I ordered ballons for hubby’s birthday back in December, my order was prepped quickly and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the balloons (they lasted for a good 3-4 weeks).
I then ordered balloons from this place again for another party at work (in January) and the same thing happened - the ballons lasted so long, wow!!!
I highly recommend this ballon place for your next event. Thank you One Up Party for providing such great product & service!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE THIS PLACE! Great service, quality products, helpful staff! Went there to get some birthday balloons and realized how many different creations they have! and they have beautiful flowers as well. I didn't have anything in mind specifically but the staff helped me pick out the best color combos. Their customer service is excellent, they answered all my questions patiently (I asked a lot of questions :) )
A great experience overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I will definitely come back :)
