Good place friendly people just isn't open to late only downside

Jackson was so very helpful and was able to special order items that the “big pharmacies” were not able to get. I also found his prices to be a minimum of 15% lower than the “big pharmacies”. A great neighborhood gem. I would highly recommend this pharmacy. ?????

I had a great experience, the staff and management are awesome and very helpful. They filled my prescription in a timely manner and were very kind. They follow proper covid-19 protocol. Definitely recommend everyone to come and fill their prescription here.

I called ahead and attempted to give my insurance policy number and have the prescription ready so the pharmacist can have everything ready when I arrived but he declined as he claimed he would be super quick don’t worried. So I made my trip over and when I arrived , I gave him all the information he needed ID/ insurance policy number ( which was on my phone , he took my phone without asking which he could easily write down the policy number but instead he took my phone ), stepped out the store while waiting for him. He said he doesn’t know what is the policy number and what is the account number . And then he suggested me to just pay and bill them later . If you don’t know how to claim pacific blue cross for prescriptions why did you say you do ? And then he said “ you are not understanding my perspective here , I am the pharmacist here “ - just because you are a pharmacist doesn’t mean you are capable of your job and give you the right to be condescending towards your customers. I don’t understand but clearly this employee do not care about my health nor my time but his own sense of righteousness. I for sure will not go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE FROM MY NEIGHBOURHOOD TO GO ON SUNDAY WITH THAT SPECIFIC POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Went to shoppers at Kingsway’s mall instead. Took them 30 secs to enter my insurance policy without an issue. Clearly the “pharmacist” at remedy’s does not know how to claim , maybe learn or hire someone if you intend to be a helpful pharmacist to your patients/clients. Ps: one of the employees did not even wear a mask and preparing all the drugs.
