I've used her services pretty much exclusively for many years because I'm so happy with the end result and because it's clear that she takes pride in doing things the right way. She also makes a point to remember important little things, like something to cover my eyes since I'm sensitive to bright light. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to everybody.

I have also sent SEVERAL first-timers who were scared to get waxed to her. Every one of them, I've said, "Don't worry, she is SO awesome, she will make you feel at ease, you'll be chatting and laughing your way through the whole thing, and it won't feel painful at all!" Every single friend I've sent has messaged me right after saying "Just finished waxing! You were right! It wasn't at all bad! And you were right! Sarah is so awesome! I love her!" And every person I know has booked with her again and again.
Seriously, don't be scared, and don't get all caught up in your head where you THINK waxing is this painful or awkward experience because none of that is true for a visit with Sarah. She really is the best, and a wax with her is a completely positive experience! Just book it! You'll see! She'll become one of your best friends, I guarantee it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah is an amazing esthetician who takes the time and care to make your experience with her very comfortable. She will always explain what she's doing if you're unsure or walk through the process to make your brows (and more!) exactly how you want them. It's important to me that my waxer is also punctual as I often schedule in my lunch breaks and Sarah has never missed or been late to an appointment in all the years I've been seeing her. Would highly recommend to any non-binary or trans folks as well, she is inclusive and caring. Plus you might get to meet Tucker the very handsome (dog) gentleman, which is always a nice treat before an appointment!
