★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to MSK for the past two years being treated by Dr Cashman and cannot speak highly enough about my experience. His has fantastic active listening skills which allow you to guide him in diagnosing any problem. He then clearly articulates what he thinks is taking place and what is necessary to remedy the issue(s). As you move through the treatment process, he continually solicits feedback to adjust as required or to measure progress. All of this is done with a great bedside manner where he is friendly, and empathetic where you truly feel he is interested not just as a patient, but as a person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited MSK Clinic in Burnaby couple of months ago with some back and shoulder problems due to sitting long hours on desk. Dr. Chris White’s knowledge and treatment helped me a lot. His warmth, patiently listening to your problems and recommending multiple solutions and techniques makes him a great Chiropractor. This also led me to inquire and book a session with an RMT at the same clinic.
I got an appointment with Billy (William) who’s also very warm and friendly. Billy completely surpassed my expectations. He got straight to the source of my concerns and proceeded to methodically work out my problem. Billy is professional but really easy to talk to, and shares some great stories. He makes sure that you're feeling well at the end of a session and has a great understanding of the body and massage.
I strongly recommend both Billy and Dr. White to everyone, and this clinic is my go to place for the ease of billing, booking an appointment and friendliness of front desk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Billy was so lovely! He has such a cheery personality and constantly made me laugh! I had such a stressful day and coming in to see him really turned things around. He was super understanding of my situation considering I was 31 weeks pregnant, extremely large and in a lot of pain and he ensured I was comfortable and well taken care of. He addressed my areas of concern and was always mindful of pain management especially because I was pregnant! I will definitely be going back to him! He’s professional, knowledgeable and excellent at what he does! I would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Billy was amazing! He's very knowledgeable and also very down to earth. I never felt like he was talking down to me, and he was really working with me, listening to what I had to say. He explained every step before he did it, and made sure to check in regularly to confirm I was comfortable. He also made jokes and kept the mood relaxed and comfortable. I really appreciated the time and effort he put into making sure I was getting the best care for me. 10/10, will definitely be coming back for regular sessions
