Berlins with some lenses... 2 days later, they were ready for pickup. Excellent no hassle or pressure service. I'm usually intimidated by trying on glasses, but they made me feel at home. You've got a customer for life! Thanks Clemens!

If you insist, remember my lesson -- don't pay upfront, as they won't tell you it cannot be refunded until you ask for. I knew the optician(a bald man) may look trustworthy and professional to you, but that is the most tricky part -- when you have doubts about its quality, the optician will use these optical buzz words to "educate" you and convince you their product has zero issue. At most cases, you would have no choice but to trust him and walk away, while you should NOT. I paid 760CAD for my new glasses, when I was driving I found I could not see things clearly at the left corner when doing the shoulder-check. I went back and spent ONE hour insisting on checking the lens with machine, during which time this optician made up tons of excuses with no logic, ironically he even asked me to re-examine my prescriptions. Finally, he surrendered and examined the left lens, I saw with my own eyes that the value of SPH is only -520 at the centre of lens and only ~460 on the left corner, while my prescription is -550. It is a HUGE gap! I finally got 701CAD refunded but with an extra so-called "restocking fee" of 59CAD. I attached both receipts in my review. I don't know which optical shop I will go next, but guys, just walk away from this one!
T	Ting Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very helpful. They only serve their own customers (if you bought glasses from them, or are interested in buying a new pair of glasses from them). If you didn't buy your glasses from them, they won't help repairing your glasses even if it's a tiny problem like replacing the nose pads. Their reason was "because of COVID" ??‍♀️
