She didn't push me to get anything extraordinary and graciously recommended the most appropriate frames according to the shape of my face. Also very important, the price came down to fit my budget very reasonably. For all these I gladly recommend LensCrafters.

I answered some questions on styles that I like and given a selection of frames to try on. I’ve never made such a quick decision in purchasing glasses. The man that helped me was excellent! I wish I experienced that level of service everywhere I shopped.

I was able to look along as I needed at the glasses with no pressure from the staff to buy. I suck at buying glasses so I had to leave and come back with my girlfriend for her opinion, and Jocelyn remembered my face and greeted me hours later. I highly recommend for new buyers!

After the consultation I went straight to purchase glasses and Irene was simply amazing in helping me,! She was extremely patient, friendly and supportive - while I was completely lost and all over the place as this is my first glasses. I ended up purchasing the frame she suggested, and I absolutely LOVE my new glasses, she was paying attention to my taste and what would work best for me (and on my budget) so I am not surprised her suggestion was spot on. Such a perfect experience! Happy customer. These are some knowledgeable experienced people!

Hello , Thank you for contacting LensCrafters! I do apologize about your lenses. However, the store manager has emailed us back saying that the glasses were purchased in 2020 and has surpassed the warranty on the lenses. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Got what I want with helpful advice from Irene. Would definitely recommend this store to family and friends. And delighted with Irene. And with helpful assistance from Jocelyn. Still waiting on one of the purchased pairs to come in (progressives, which I know can take longer), but no complaints with the pair I have already received and my purchase day experience. Very happy to shop here again!
