★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were all nice and very knowledgeable with their products. Christie recommended me with a frame that suited me well and the rest of the staff were accommodating when I went back weeks after for some minor adjustments for fitting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst experience I've ever had in Canada. The contact lenses the optometrist chose for me made me dizzy. Then I waited there for more than half an hour. The optometrist did not give me another examination, but just gave me contact lenses of different degrees to try again at home. It's totally waste time and money.

The place does get busy sometimes though, so do prepare there might be some waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very affordable price, but if you have good enough eye exam/glasses insurance cover, I truly suggest you go other places. The eye exam I had was rapid, and my doctor barely had any interaction with me, and told me his assistant would explain everything to me, (and it never happened).
You even don't have a chance to try the new degree before you get your glasses; however, glad they accepted my cancellation without asking further question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I previously used to go to the Bailey Nelson downtown before the location changed over to a different company -- the team at Metrotown were super friendly, attentive and provided great honest feedback about frames I was looking at. Eye exam was great and thorough, and you can't really beat the prices. :) Will definitely be back before the summer to get some sunglasses!

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. One of the staff helped me pick a new frame as I really have no idea what looks good on me. Now everyone I meet keeps complimenting my new glasses and ask where I got it from. I never got her name but thank you so much!
