★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy sunglasses in this store. Unfortunately, during my visit they don't have what i want and they have to order it somewhere else. Staff told me it will take just a week. It's been more than 2 weeks now and I've been calling for week to ask if they have my glasses already. Called today and staff told me my glasses is currently at the back order and they have to make it still so they don't know when will they have it. I'm not happy with this because i could have bought it somewhere else instead and not wait for this long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was 2 days into my 4 week overseas holiday when my glasses broke luckily Yan at eye inspire was absolutely amazing and got my old lenses in some new frames in under am hour and saved my trip thank you so much. Highly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of glasses here. Within 2 years the frame broke twice. The manufacturer replaced the frame the first time, but within a year, the new frame broke again. Eye Inspire is unable to fix it and I am left with a pair of broken glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a great experience here. It is my first time buying glasses and having an eye exam. Dr. Vangie Tsui made my first eye exam a wonderful experience. She is very calm checking my eye and answering all my question. Kiwo, who help me picked my glasses is very helpful as well. He recommended a lot of pair of glasses that would suit me. I wish I can buy them all?. However, I got 2 pairs of glasses with an amazing deal thanks to Kiwo. He also thoroughly and patiently help me process my benefits claim. Amazing place. Amazing staff. Amazing service!
